I... read more stopped by to register my car and not only did it take 20 min, but they even helped me make a correction on my pink slip that I signed incorrectly. Everything was processed fine and it was a pleasure meeting the brothers that run this establishment.

I believe they do more than just car registration. A lot of DMV needs and insurance quotes. Check this place out if your not in the mood to wait at the DMV. Also just give them a call they'll let you know the services that are provided!

A quick google search sent me to 1 Stop Auto Registration. I drove to the one in Fremont on a Saturday afternoon to find they were closed and no longer taking walk ins. Trying to breathe out the frustration, I google again for the Hayward branch. Call them to see if they were open and was greeted politely and was told they close at 5. It's now after 3 for me in Fremont. I race down Mission Blvd, getting there before 4. I was nervous as hell, what if they couldn't help me because I waited too long? But sure enough I was greeted once I walked in, helped in a quick and efficient manner with minimum cost to me. Definitely coming back.

  I tried not to post this out but I had a terrible experience with one of the guys who works at the front desk. His name is Farouk goes by... read more Frank. I felt he had zero knowledge when it came to insuring the car. He couldn't explain the insurance policy correctly and made me pay for cancellation even though it was his fault for not following up with emails and not clearing things by phone. He was also very rude on the phone!
Ps. The owner, Ibrahim is a nice guy, and I hope he will consider hiring somebody more knowledgeable, have background skills, and knows how to talk to clients.

It's always worth the time you save and the money In any case. There are so many times I can think of when these guys had me covered.
